How to Use the TWOTREES® SP-5 Core XY 3D Printer

Step 1: Unboxing and Assembling

1. Unpack the TWOTREES® SP-5 Core XY 3D Printer.
2. Check the package contents to ensure all parts are included.
3. Follow the provided assembly instructions to assemble the printer.

Step 2: Powering On

1. Plug in the printer using the included EU plug.
2. Ensure the power supply is connected to the printer.
3. Press the power button to turn on the printer.

Step 3: Loading Filament

1. Turn on the printer’s power and wait for it to warm up.
2. Open the filament holder and insert the filament spool.
3. Guide the filament through the filament pathway and into the extruder.
4. Use the printer’s menu or LCD screen to select and activate the filament loading option.
5. Wait for the printer to extrude a small amount of filament to ensure proper loading.
6. Close the filament holder.

Step 4: Leveling the Build Plate

1. Ensure the printer’s power is on.
2. Access the printer’s menu or LCD screen to find the auto leveling option.
3. Follow the printer’s instructions to auto level the build plate.

Step 5: Printing

1. Prepare the 3D model file you want to print on your computer.
2. Transfer the model file to an SD card or connect your computer directly to the printer if possible.
3. Insert the SD card into the printer, or connect your computer to the printer via USB.
4. Access the printer’s menu or LCD screen to select the desired model file.
5. Configure the printing settings, such as printing speed and temperature, if necessary.
6. Start the printing process and wait for the printer to complete the job.

Step 6: Removing the Printed Object

1. Allow the printed object to cool down.
2. Carefully remove the object from the build plate using a spatula or similar tool.

Step 7: Powering Off

1. After completing your printing tasks, turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
