This laptop comes with Windows S which I removed so that I could make my own decisions about what apps and programs I wanted on my computer not just apps and programs approved by Microsoft. I also had to update/ install the mail app so that it would work correctly. Windows S does make things a bit more frustrating if you are really computer savvy, like me. I had to look up why I was getting error codes on my brand new laptop and how to fix them but now it is smooth sailing. Lap top is fast, light weight and functions like I need it to now that I have removed S from the Windows 10. Not sure why the other reviewer said it was a scam unless she was frustrated like I was with initial start up but that isn’t the sellers fault nor HP’s. Just got to figure out how to work a program your not familiar with. I did happen to see this same laptop for less money from other sellers so…….
