Getting Started

Before using the TRONXY X5SA-2E Dual Colors 3D Printer, make sure you have the following:

• TRONXY X5SA-2E Dual Colors 3D Printer Kit
• Power supply
• Filament spools
• USB cable
• SD card
• Computer or mobile device

Assembling the Printer

Follow these steps to assemble the printer:

1. Unbox all the components.
2. Refer to the assembly manual to identify each part.
3. Attach the frame and secure it using the provided screws.
4. Install the Z-axis motors and connect the cables correctly.
5. Attach the Titan extruders and secure them in place.
6. Mount the printing platform correctly.
7. Connect all the necessary cables and ensure they are properly connected.
8. Attach the filament spools to the designated holders.
9. Plug in the power supply.

Loading Filament

Follow these steps to load filament into the printer:

1. Power on the printer.
2. Go to the control panel and choose the “Filament” option.
3. Select “Load Filament” and wait for the extruders to heat up.
4. Insert the end of the filament into the extruder, pushing it through until it reaches the nozzle.
5. Allow the printer to feed the filament until it comes out of the nozzle smoothly.

Calibrating the Printer

1. Go to the control panel and select the “Calibration” option.
2. Choose “Auto Bed Leveling” and wait for the process to complete.

Printing a Model

1. Prepare the model file either by downloading or creating it.
2. Save the model file onto the SD card or connect the printer to your computer via USB.
3. Insert the SD card into the printer or establish a connection between the printer and your computer.
4. Go to the control panel and choose the “Print” option.
5. Select the model file and adjust any printing settings if needed.
6. Start the print process and monitor the progress.
