[EU/US Direct] TRONXY® D01 3D Printer with Fast Assembly, Ultra-Quiet Mode, Titan Extruder, Acrylic Mask, Optional Power Resume, and Filament Detection,

[HOW TO USE]

Assembly:

1. Unbox the TRONXY D01 3D printer.
2. Follow the included instruction manual to assemble the printer.
3. Ensure all parts are securely attached and tightened.

Powering On:

1. Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power source.
2. Turn on the power switch found on the printer.

Preparing the Filament:

1. Load the filament spool onto the filament holder.
2. Insert the filament into the Titan extruder by following the extruder’s instructions.
3. Ensure that the filament is properly inserted and securely held by the extruder.

Preparing the Print Surface:

1. Ensure the print surface is clean and free from any debris or residue.
2. Apply a suitable adhesive, such as glue stick or painter’s tape, to the print surface to aid in adhesion.

Leveling the Bed:

1. Access the bed leveling menu on the printer’s LCD screen.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to level the bed using the manual bed leveling knobs.
3. Ensure the bed is leveled properly to achieve optimal print quality.

Starting a Print:

1. Transfer the desired 3D model file to the printer via USB or SD card.
2. Select the file from the printer’s menu and adjust the print settings if necessary.
3. Confirm the print settings and start the print job.

Monitoring the Print:

1. Observe the progress of the print job on the printer’s LCD screen or through the connected software.
2. Ensure there are no errors or issues during the printing process.

Finishing the Print:

1. Allow the print to cool down completely before removing it from the print surface.
2. Gently remove the print from the surface to avoid damage.
3. Inspect the print for any defects or imperfections.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

1. Regularly clean the print surface to remove any leftover filament or debris.
2. Check and tighten all connections and screws to ensure the printer is in proper working condition.
3. Refer to the instruction manual for any specific maintenance requirements.
