HOW TO USE
Step 1: Preparing the Steamer
- Place the steamer plate on top of the steamer basket.
- Add water to the steamer pot and bring it to a boil.
Step 2: Preparing the Steamed Bun
- Prepare the dough for the steamed bun and shape it into small buns.
- Place the buns on the steamer plate, leaving space between each bun.
Step 3: Steaming the Buns
- Place the steamer pot with the steamer basket on top of a stove or heat source.
- Cover the steamer with a lid to trap the steam.
- Steam the buns for the recommended cooking time, usually 10-15 minutes.
Step 4: Checking for Doneness
- After the cooking time is up, carefully remove the lid to check if the buns are cooked thoroughly.
- Insert a toothpick or skewer into the center of a bun. If it comes out clean, the buns are done.
Step 5: Serving the Steamed Buns
- Using oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves, carefully remove the steamer pot from the heat source.
- Allow the buns to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the steamed buns with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them plain.
