Local Pick Up
All items on Free Geek’s gradezoo Shop are eligible for free local pick up. Simply add your items to your cart, and select the free Local Pickup shipping option at checkout.
Please allow at least two hours after your purchase for your order to be ready for pick up. You will receive a message when your order is ready.

Due to limited space local pickup orders will only be held for 30 days after an order is placed, if an order is not picked up within the 30 day window the order will be subject to cancellation without refund.

The best way to reach is through gradezoo’s messaging system. Our customer attention hours are: Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm PT.
Returns
We offer free and easy returns within 30 days of purchase, except for items listed AS-IS. Simply request a return through gradezoo. Return shipping is not refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. If you are local, you may drop off your order during regular pick up hours.

Processing
Once the order is paid, please allow us 3-5 business days for handling time. We will update you with a tracking number when your order goes out.
Shipping
Free Geek does not offer free shipping. We are unable to make any changes to an item’s shipping address once a parcel has been picked up by the carrier. Please double check that your shipping address is correct at check out. Free Geek is not responsible for devices sent to the wrong customer-provided address. Please contact us with any changes before the parcel has shipped.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.
