How to Use the Chromebook S330 Laptop

Getting Started

1. Make sure the Chromebook is fully charged or connected to a power source.
2. Open the Chromebook by lifting the lid.
3. Press the power button located on the top right corner of the keyboard to turn on the device.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the Chromebook with your Google account.

Basic Navigation

• Use the touchpad, located below the keyboard, to move the cursor on the screen.

Connecting to Wi-Fi

1. Click on the network icon located on the right side of the taskbar.
2. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to from the list of available networks.
3. Enter the password for the Wi-Fi network if required.
4. Wait for the Chromebook to connect to the Wi-Fi network.

Managing Files and Storage

1. Click on the “Files” app icon on the taskbar to open the file manager.
2. Browse through your files and folders by clicking on them.
3. To save a file, click on the “Save” button within an app and choose a location to save the file.
4. To access files stored on external storage devices, such as USB drives, connect the device to the Chromebook’s USB port.

Shutting Down the Chromebook

1. Click on the status area located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Click on the power button icon.
3. Select “Shut Down” from the menu.
