Order Processing
We only process orders that are paid in full. We process and ship orders Monday – Friday 8AM – 4PM Central Standard Time. Orders place after hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Changes To Orders
Before you place your order, please check that your shipping address information is correct in your gradezoo account. We process our orders quickly and most of the time cannot change the address information quickly enough before the item is shipped. We will not be responsible to pay the shipping costs when re-shipping an order because of an incorrect address supplied to us.

Returns
Please inspect your packages upon arrival. Although we double check all orders before shipment, transit problems occasionally occur.  We ask that all goods be in their original package – in resaleable/Brand New condition.
