Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.-
Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are prioritized for same-day processing.

Delays may occur during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales), but we will notify you via email if your order is impacted.

Order Changes/Cancellations:
Contact us by opening a support ticket at your account or at support@gradezoo.com or +1 (530) 377-6052 immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet entered the shipping phase.

Free Shipping Eligibility:
Applies to all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes) via Standard Shipping. Exclusions apply to oversized/heavy items (see Section 6).
3. International Shipping

GradeZOO cannot predict or reimburse these charges. Contact your local customs office for estimates.

Refused shipments due to unpaid fees will be returned to GradeZOO, and a restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply.

4. Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number and link are emailed once your order ships. Use this to monitor your package in real time.-
Not received tracking? Check spam folders or contact us at support@gradezoo.com or open a support ticket.

Delivery Issues:

Failed Deliveries: Carriers will attempt delivery 3 times. Unclaimed packages are returned to GradeZOO, and reshipping fees apply.

Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping details are accurate. GradeZOO is not liable for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses.

5. Shipping Restrictions
The following items may have restricted shipping options or require special handling:

Oversized/Heavy Items: Industrial machinery, large equipment, or bulk orders may incur additional freight fees.

Hazardous Materials: Batteries, flammable goods, or regulated chemicals cannot be shipped internationally.

Country-Specific Bans: Some countries prohibit imports of electronics, plant products, or fashion materials. Verify local laws before ordering.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in Transit:
Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a refund/replacement. -
Damaged Items:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will expedite a replacement or refund. -
Stolen Packages:
GradeZOO is not liable for theft after delivery. File a report with local authorities and contact the carrier for investigation.
