1. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Contact our Customer Support Team at support@gradezoo.com or via your account at your order details. to initiate a request.

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

Await approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ship the item(s) to the provided address with the RA number clearly marked.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method or account allect

Sale or discounted items are eligible for store credit only.

2. Warranty Extension Service
GradeZOO offers warranty extension assistance to help customers extend manufacturer warranties to their country of residence.

Warranty extensions are solely at the manufacturer’s discretion; GradeZOO acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee approval.

Eligibility, coverage, and duration depend on the manufacturer’s policies and local regulations.

GradeZOO bears no liability for denied claims, warranty limitations, or country-specific restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.

Customers must submit warranty extension requests within 14 days of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Fashion Wares: Including apparel, footwear, accessories, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

4. Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a GradeZOO error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. GradeZOO is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
5. Exceptions

Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photo/video evidence and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders: Notify us immediately for resolution.
6. Disclaimers

“As-Is” Items: Clearance, refurbished, or vintage products are sold “as-is” and are non-returnable.
