1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility:

    • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Process:

    1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@gradezoo.com or via your account at your order details. to initiate a request.

    2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

    3. Await approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    4. Ship the item(s) to the provided address with the RA number clearly marked.

  • Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method or account allect

    • Sale or discounted items are eligible for store credit only.


2. Warranty Extension Service

GradeZOO offers warranty extension assistance to help customers extend manufacturer warranties to their country of residence.

  • Key Terms:

    • Warranty extensions are solely at the manufacturer’s discretion; GradeZOO acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee approval.

    • Eligibility, coverage, and duration depend on the manufacturer’s policies and local regulations.

    • GradeZOO bears no liability for denied claims, warranty limitations, or country-specific restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.

    • Customers must submit warranty extension requests within 14 days of purchase.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fashion Wares: Including apparel, footwear, accessories, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

  • Industrial & Customized Products:

    • Machinery, equipment parts, or heavy-duty tools.

    • Personalized or made-to-order items.

  • Perishable Goods: Food, plants, or consumables.

  • Digital Products: Software, e-books, or downloadable content.

  • Safety/Health Items: Medical devices, PPE, or hygiene products (e.g., masks, gloves).

  • Sealed Products with Broken Tamper-Proof Seals: Electronics, cosmetics, or collectibles.


4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a GradeZOO error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. GradeZOO is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.


5. Exceptions

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photo/video evidence and will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: Notify us immediately for resolution.


6. Disclaimers

  • “As-Is” Items: Clearance, refurbished, or vintage products are sold “as-is” and are non-returnable.

  • Policy Changes: GradeZOO reserves the right to modify these terms. Updated policies apply to all future purchases.

  • Local Laws: Returns must comply with your country’s consumer regulations.
