I spent the money to get the oem cartridge and it did work for a time, until it quit one day when it had plenty of ink left due to what I can only assume is the chip. At least the aftermarket ones…

Perfect fit & long lasting. Sadly very expensive. Hp printers now detect an off brand toner. You can use them but you keep getting messages that it’s not an hp toner cartridge. 4 stars for price…
