We accept all gradezoo forms of payment and Immediate Payment is required at checkout.

Unfortunately, transactions cannot be canceled after the item has been marked as “Shipped.” Please read the entire description prior to making a purchase.
Purchases by resellers are subject to cancellation at our discretion.

Shipping

Items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the product. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes! We can ship to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, ONLY if the item is under a pound.

We do not ship outside of the United States, or to freight forwarding companies.

We do not sell products to resellers.

Bulk orders made by buyers with under 10 reviews will be canceled!

Local pick-up is available for those near the Sacramento area.

All items above $750 require a signature at delivery.

Please make sure the ship-to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error. 

In the checkout process, a phone number must be added since our delivery company requires this for all packages. 

We are NOT responsible for missing packages! If the package was marked “Delivered” by the carrier and goes missing, it is up to the customer to contact the carrier and open a claim!

Returns 

If you have an issue, please contact us through gradezoo first before leaving feedback. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If there is a problem with the product, you must contact us within 30 days of arrival so that we may resolve the issue within your warranty period. Our support team is solely email-based and they respond to each email within 1 business day. 

There is a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective returns. SO, if you receive the product and do not want it, we will automatically take 15% out of the total amount before refunding the rest of your money.  

Return shipment cost is free. We do not have the means to reimburse already-purchased postage.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you return an item not properly packaged we will return an item to you without a refund.  Item must be packed in the exact same way as we did. We always put tons of bubble wrap or other protective material to avoid any damage during shipping.

Do not attempt to repair the item on your own. This will void the return policy. We will not issue a full refund if we discover that the item is not returned in the same exact condition it was sent.
