1. Assembly
- Ensure you have all the parts required for assembly, as listed in the included instruction manual.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions in the manual to assemble the BIQU® B1 3D Printer.
- Once assembled, make sure all the connections are secure.
2. Powering On
- Plug in the power cord into an electrical outlet.
- Flip the power switch located on the back of the printer to the “ON” position.
- The printer will now power on and you will see the LED lights and display screen activate.
3. Loading Filament
- Ensure the printer is powered on and the display screen is active.
- Locate the filament holder and insert a spool of filament onto it.
- Feed the filament end into the filament sensor.
- On the display screen, navigate to the “Filament Loading” option.
- Follow the prompts and instructions on the screen to load the filament into the printer.
4. Printing a Model
- Prepare the 3D model file on your computer and save it as an .stl or .gcode file.
- Transfer the file to an SD card or USB drive.
- Insert the SD card or USB drive into the printer’s corresponding slot.
- On the display screen, navigate to the “Print from SD Card” or “Print from USB” option.
- Select the desired model file from the list.
- Choose the desired printing settings, such as print speed and layer height.
- Press the “Print” button to start the printing process.
- Monitor the printing progress on the display screen and ensure filament supply is consistent.
- Once the print is complete, carefully remove the printed object from the build plate.
5. Maintenance
- Regularly clean the printer’s build plate and nozzle to remove any residue or debris.
- Check for any loose connections or damaged parts and tighten or replace as necessary.
